Please allow an approximate two business week lead time following the purchase date for production plus any time for shipping. Lead times may increase based on seasonal demands. We will reach out via the email attached to your order with necessary updates.
All sales are final. Neither your Organization or Impact may be held responsible for personalization or sizing errors.
Due to seasonal demands, we cannot be responsible for products that are unavailable, backordered, etc. You may be notified by e-mail in the event of such occurrences and provided with further options.
